Corona entery pass obligatory for outdoor areas of catering venues

2 November 2021

As of 6 November 2021, the 'corona entery pass' is obligatory for guests of outdoor seating areas of catering venues. The exception for outdoor areas that has been in force since 25 September 2021 is hereby cancelled.

This became clear tonight during the press conference of Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Minister Hugo de Jonge.

You will receive a 'corona entery pass' with a negative result from a test taken up to 24 hours previously, a proof of vaccination or a proof of recovery. The pass is also mandatory at so-called transfer locations, such as in museums and gyms.

In addition, face masks are mandatory in government buildings, shops, schools for higher education, stations and public transport platforms.
